My Approach

Client and relationship-centered

I want to know what makes your organization tick. I invest in getting to know the passion and ambition behind organizations â€‹in order to best strategize and evaluate impact.

Forward-looking

As part of my work, I always seek to be forward-looking and proactive in turning challenges into opportunities for learning and growth.  Unrelenting and slightly annoying optimist.

Equity-driven

Understanding gaps in access or program experience against folks lived realities, and multi-layered identities is crucial.  Im inspired by intersectional feminist frameworks and seek to apply them both personally and professionally.
